2024 Registration Changes
Football players on U9, U11 and U13 will purchase and own their jerseys this year. The jersey order will be placed June 29th. Anyone not registered and fitted for a jersey by then will not get a personalized jersey. The cost is estimated to be $70 and must be paid to get a jersey. More information will be shared at a parent meeting.
Blue Sombrero (the Pop Warner registration system) is now called Sports Connect provided by Stack Sports.
Families should review their family profile and verify primary and secondary contact emails and phone numbers. Please do this!
Registration forms will be completed online and signed digitally this year. You do not need to attach forms in the tool, and you do not need to hand them in. At the completion of registration the Medical form and Participant Contract signature links will appear in Sports Connect.
The Doctor office signature is no longer required on the Medical form! Instead, the parent will certify that the participant has had a physical within the last two years and list any relevant medical conditions.
New participants will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate.
Report cards - upload them when registering if you can please.
Cheer Pictures - if your picture is in the system from last year and you are ok with it, you do not need to supply another picture. If this is your first year you will need to upload a full face photo in Sports Connect.
Football Pictures - when you receive your jersey parents will upload a picture of the player with the jersey number and full face showing (no helmets or hats)
Football practice hours requirement - After the first week of practice (10 hours) for conditioning, and after the second week of practice (10 hours) in pads in which contact has occurred, teams may engage in scrimmages. A player is not eligible for tackle contact, scrimmage or game play until this 20 hours of conditioning has been completed. Please keep this in mind when planning vacations if at all possible.
Volunteering is mandatory and every family should expect to volunteer at least twice. More information will be shared at a parent meeting.
Every family is expected to participate in a mandatory fundraising raffle by selling 10 $10 raffle tickets. More information will be shared at a parent meeting.
All registration paperwork and payment must be completed to be eligible to begin practice.
Payments by credit card can be paid in two installments (June 15 and July 15) or in full. If you are not prepared to pay by credit card when you register, then please select the Pay by Check option, which will allow the registration to complete.
